A small claim case

A friend of mine said she left papers from a person who was sueing me on me washer out side. Now i have been told i was being sueing because i was severd with paper. What happens now i never received any paper?

request another copy, or go to court and obtain copy and hire a lawyer or defend it yourself. If they have a judgment, make a Motion to set aside the judgement right away.
