Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California
Small Claim Court Procedure
Someone owes our Home Owner Association (HOA) money and does not seem to be interested in paying off the balance although we have verbally told them about the situation. Please show us what we need to do to bring them to the court.

You actually do not have to go to small claims court. Please call us and we can explain to you how to collect using non-judicial foreclosures.

Don't you have a go-to attorney for these and other matters?? Probably your HOA covenants say the homeowner has to pay attorney fees, so my services would be free to you, including writing letters as a first step, then possible lawsuits or foreclosures.
