Small Claim Judgment

I have a small claims judgment against a Calif company. How do I get a name or address to send the judgement to them for payment? This judgment was originally awarded in TN and then forwarded to the California courts.

Re: Small Claim Judgment

To collect against a CA asset, you will have to open up a sister-state proceeding in CA. If they don't contest it within 30 days, then you can have a writ of execution issued and have the sheriff levy against their bank accounts or have a till tap, etc., depending on the nature of their business.
