Small Claims Court question

what is the minimum amount that the plantiff could sue for , i know the maximum is $5000 ,for example, someone owes me $100 dollars for the use of a credit card and we had a verbal agreement when he was to pay back at a certain date but has refused to pay the full amount, is their a certain minimum amount that a person can sue for in small claims court????that you for your time.
