Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

I took someone to small claims court and won. It has been over 30 days and they haven't paid me yet. I'm pretty sure they don't have a job, own property or have a bank account. Now what?

So why did you bother suing them? Obtain and personally serve an order to appear for a judgment debtor examination. Maybe they won't show and they'll get arrested. Obtain an abstract of judgment and record it with the county recorder in case they buy or inherit real property someday. Read the book, Enforce Your Judgment.
