Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

Small Claims for Family Court Attorney Fees

Can I sue in small claims for attorney fees that were agreed to be paid on an Order/Stipulation filed in Family Court? Or do I have to try to collect these fees via the Family Court?

You already won the amount in court, so you already have a judgment. File a Writ of Execution and send the sheriff over to his or her bank. Read Collect Your Judgment by Nolo Press.
