Small Claims Judgement

I was awarded a small claims judgement against someone. We have since been back to court for an oex, it has been 2 years and she still has not made a payment. How can I collect my money?

Re: Small Claims Judgement

You can garnish wages or attach a bank account that you learned about at the judgment debtor exam with a writ and sheriff's instructions. If your judgment is over $2,000, please fax it to me and I advise you what I would charge to collect it. 714 363 0229.
