Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

Small Claims Judgement

I bought A used car from a man with a small car lot, within

3 weeks he had the car repossessed my first payment of 4 payments was due the day before. in the amount 0f

$100.00 but the car was in the repair shop the day before, for repairs needed totaling $360.00 I called the

man I bought the car from he stated he had the car picked up I offered to bring his 100.00 payment in the office he refused so I took him to small claims court asking for my $ 750.00 down payment and my $360.00

for repairs. I won, my question is if he does not apeal

within the thirty days allowed how do I go about getting my money from him.

It can get tricky. I suggest going to www.nolo.com and buying their book on collecting judgments.
