Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

small debt

i owe collectors and the bank aprox 2,000 or less, but i had to stop working since i became a mom, my husband feels he shouldnt pay my debt, because of my debt i have horrible credit, i want to re build it but i have no way of paying off what i owe, is there a way of fixing my credit im barely 20 yrs old its not much that ive used credit unlike people that owe 50 or more yet i cant get anything approved and i cant even see my credit report because i dont have a credit card again because its always denied

You can order your credit report through the mail. Get a copy of it that way and then you can talk to the creditors to try to fix your problems.
