Once the writ of execution is granted, you submit a certified copy to the sheriff in the county where the property is located along with instructions to levy and sell the property. This is not a simple process, and you really need to realize that you can't keep coming back here for step by step instructions. You either need to contact a lawyer in person to help you with this, or go to the county law library and ask them for the most layman-friendly books they have on the subject. The Rutter Group Practice Guide on Enforcing Judgments and Debt Collection might be a place to start.
