Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

Statutes of limitations for collecting debt

I am wondering what are the statutes of limitations for collecting debt in the state of california for things such as cell phones and charged off credit card debts or credit card debts in general? Also are there any statutes on limitations for collecting on dental and medical debt?
