Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California
Statutes of limitations for collecting debt
I am wondering what are the statutes of limitations for collecting debt in the state of california for things such as cell phones and charged off credit card debts or credit card debts in general? Also are there any statutes on limitations for collecting on dental and medical debt?

Four years for written agreements, two years for oral agreements. Payment could restart the clock, however.

Most of the items you listed would probably be governed by a written agreement. If true, the staute of limitation would be 4 years from the date of the breach.
