Re: Stipulated Judgement
A certified copy of the judgment is not necessary. There is a form you can obtain from the court clerk's office called an Abstract of Judgment. You filled it out, sign it and pay a filing fee to the court. The court will issue the Abstract when you can then record at the county recorder's office to create lien on any real property in the debtor's name.
