Stress and Heartache charge due to employer not paying

Can you charge your employer more than the original amount because of the problems created because of lack of payment? I mean bills, stress, calling collect..?

If you have an employment agreement, you should review it carefully for any provision which deals with your damages claims. The contract will govern your relationship. On a general basis, if

these were foreseeable results of the behavior of your employer, it may be includable as "special damages" in a breach of contract action.
