You need to file a summons and complaint, serve them on the defendant.; Gather evidence to prove your case; and, present the evidence at trial. Where does the defendant live, and how long ago did you loan the money and how long was the failure to make payments? Contact me directly.

You have to file the correct forms, pay the right fee, and serve the forms correctly on the defendant. It can be a difficult process to go through, and the courts don't help you with it.
