Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

I am being sued for an automobile they claim was $14,000 but i never would have gotten the car if it was that much. I couldn't pay for the car anymore and they repossesed it. they then sold the car at auction and got about $2,500. The vehicle in question is a 2004 dodge neon that i got in 2007. I remember it being only about 7k to 9k but the auto place i got it from went out of business. Please Help

You don't know the purchase price of the car you bought, and you don't even have a copy of the Friendly Contract?? I guess you don't have much of a defense to the lawsuit, then.
