Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

Being sued by bank for breach of contract (collections)

I'm being sued by a bank that I held an account in. I first opened it a couple of years ago and the account was closed by me a long time ago, and now I get served by the bank for complaint for money.

Complaint for money} Overdrawn bank account} Breach of contract} Common counts negligence} Breach of warenty and unjust enrichment. They said that they called me for months I never received a call they let this go on for over 3 months while someone misuses the account all of this could have been avoided only if they had closed the account a long time ago, like they didn't know all of the transactions. I need to respond to the courts within 30 days a responce letter what is that what do I say Yhank You
