Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

I sued. Some one and I been collecting her partial of her wages because she couldn't pay me off, but she stopped working so I can't garnish her wages. What do I do?

From what I gather, you have received a judgment against the defendant. You will want to attach wages, bank accounts, and any other assets she might have. To find out about more assets, you can hire a private investigation company and/or take a debtor's examination in court. During that examination, you would ask focused questions to elicit information about assets you could acquire to sell and pay your judgment.
