being sued by a credit card bank

my daughter who is disabeled and her only income is ssi was served with a summons. the summons gives the court but no date to appear? i know legally they cant attach her ssi so what can they do to her with no other income?

If they can locate a bank account, they can levy the account and remove whatever's there (up to the judgment amount). BK would, of course, discharge that (and any other dischargeable) debt; and she would likely qualify for a waiver of the $299 filing fee.

They can get a judgment against her that is good for 10 years and renewable. Then if she ever gets money, they will get that money. If she cannot afford an attorney, she should call legal aid.
