Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

Sued by Credit Card Company

I recieved a summons from a Credit Card company for a debt under $5000.00. Are there any suggestions on fighting the case, or any other suggestions. I simply do not have the money to pay.

Any suggestions would help.

You may have a defense to the case if the Creditor and I will need to review the lawsuit and documents. Please fax your correspondence from the creditor and collection agency, any documents you have, and the lawsuit to me at 714 363 0229 and include your phone number. I will call you and advise you if you have a case or what to do to resolve your problem.
