i am being sued by a creditor i have tried to settle but said creditor is unwilling to settle for amount i can afford my court date is on monday do i have any options available to me

I'd advise that you take a look at the big picture: how much debt do you have in total? Can you afford to suffer a garnishment of wages (25%)? If you have no way out of your indebtedness, bankruptcy can be a powerful and often swift resolution.
