Sued for more than one debt in the same Complaint

Hello.

Can a debt owner/collector, as the Plaintiff, file a Complaint against a Defendant (that's me) for more than one debt (more than one Account Stated) at the same time?

That's an interesting question. If it's for the same creditor, it could be done. If it's for different creditors, you can demur to the lawsuit, alleging misjoinder of parties.
