Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

Sued by insurence company

I was sued by an insurence company and can not pay what they want they wont except my offer of payment they want a crazy amount but the point is they have a hold on my license and wont let me get them what can i do

If you cannot work out a payment plan with you, they may sue you. You need to figure out some way of working this out and may need to retain an attorney.
