sued and served a summons
a credit card dept. i tried paying it after my husband left and later passed away but later i was unemployed and could not keep paying i am 60 yrs old now and all i get is 697.00 dollors amonth s.s benifits can they take it away

Your social security is probably not subject to their collection efforts. However, if that is all you are making, you should contact legal aid immediately.
