I am being sued in small claims court for breach of contract (credit card) I owe about $ 5,800. I only take home 1200 per month an own one car worth about 5,000. What is most likely to happen?

If you have no defense or don't show up for trial, you probably will lose. If the credit card issuer decides to pursue the judgment, it could levy your wages and bank accounts. You then could apply to the court for a hardship reduction or elimination of the wage levy. Or, you could try to negotiate a payment plan (either before or after the judgment).
