Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

There is a summons of a Cross-Complaint and I dont know which form I am supposed to fill out for the court to take my case. I am suing a company that went bankrupt, and their bond company is suing back.

You could use the Judicial Council's answer form for breach of contract, http://www.courts.ca.gov/documents/pldc010.pdf . Depending on the amount involved, you might strongly think about finding legal representation. A lawyer could help you come up with a good defense or negotiate a settlement.
