Re: help with summons

Contact the agent who sold you the insurance. You may find him/her most anxious to get you the service you need, after all they are the ones who earn a commission on your purchase and would like to stay in business. Thereafter, go up the corporate ladder until you get satisfaction.

We may be able to help you out in settling or negotiating the claim and with the insurance coverage issue. Please fax the Summons and Complaint to 714 363 0229. My phone number is 714 363 0220. I would also need a copy of any letters or correspondence you received from the collection agency and insurance company. I will provide you with free consultation if you fax me your phone number. I will call you Monday.
