Taking over car payments because daurther stopped making payments

I signed for a car loan in 2006 with GMAC for my stepdarthers car. The loan was for $20.000.00 my stepdarther stopped making payments ten months into the load. GMAC sent me a notice of non payment when I asked my stepdarther what was going on she denieded being so far behine and said she would take care back payments which she did not do. She has moved and changed her phone so I have no way of talking to her. I have been making the monthy payments but enought is enought and I want the car so that I can turn it in to the dealer and got out of the load. Who do I get car if I have no ideal where she lives.

You need to find her. You cant get the car unless you can find her. You should hire an investigator to skip trace her.
