Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

Target is reporting on my credit on TransUnion that i had made a payment to them in July 2011. I file ch 7 bk in 2010 and it was discharge. I am closing on my home loan on the the 31 st January because of this they are not letting me close. I called to have this Target and TransUnion and neither are willing to help me to remove it. What kind of action can I take?
