Lived in Ca. Now in Texas. Have outstanding credit card with my SS number ran up by my son .when all is said an done can they freeze my accounts banking-savings-money market-investmants etc.etc.if I do not pay outstanding balance?

Yes. I would also give serious consideration to filing criminal charges against your son if you didn't give him permission to use the card.
