Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

Thrid Party Exam

I'm bring the debtor's employer (who is also her mother) into court on a 3rd. party Debtor's exam for refusing to respond to a wage garnishment. The employer is now stating that the daughter/employee is no longer employed by the insurance agency,(a corporation).

I also had a subpena duces tecum served on the employer for all their payroll and disbursement accounts/records.

The employer was and probably is still paying off the debtor's debtor to the county and other creditors.

Question, what can I ask the court for against the employer, sanctions or do I need to bring a seperate action against the employer. I f I have to bring action, what would the complain/violation allege?
