Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California
What are the time limits a judge has on rendering a decision?
I received a writ of execution for a jugement against me recently. The levying officer attached all of my personal and business banking accounts. I just went to court and filed the neccessary paperwork for the exempt accounts and went to court. The judge did not make a decision at that time, doesn't a judge have a time limit on rendering his decision?
