Torture on lack of Customer Service

I purchased a product with Macys which was charged on Citibank card, later I was asked to buy it on Macys card. So they failed to reverse my transaction on Citibank card. Instead I have been charged In citibank as well as Macys. Even though the amout was little, I was not given correct information by any of these people. Citibank keeps sending me letters if I ask Citibank they ask me to go to the store, if i goto the store the refere me to Macys Credit card dept, when I call them they refer me to Citibank. I have not received any solution so far. I have benn only calling them and walking to the stores. Can I do anything for this. Is there any solution for me. Please help.

When macys told you to charge the macys card after you already paid for it and then did not credit the citibank card macys committed a fraud. it is not up to citibank but up to macys to credit the account.
