transaction from debit account

I had a payday loan through a company who is supposed to deduct a fee from my account every 2 weeks. the fee was returned nsf. the company called me and stated my account was in collection for $510. i agreed for them to deduct 255 on 2/13 and another 255 on 2/27 to pay off the loan. on 2/13 they deducted $255 + $90 fee + $120 which was returned nsf. they told me the $90 and $120 was a mistake, but im having a hard time getting the money returned. what can i do?
