Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

I having trouble collecting a judgement from a married women bcause her husband will not let her pay it. He is a millionair and a life Insurance and estate planner. He said his wife is insulvent but I know otherwise. After She lost in court She transfered Her Large home in an upscale nighborhood into her Husbands name. She has a Trust from a previous marrige. They have been married in for 12 years and got married in California. The Judgement is $5213.00 Plus costs from a Calif. Court.. How can I collect. I did a debtors examine and She wanted to settel but whr she talked to her husband he told her no he would not let her. PLEASE HELP

File a judgment lien against the house, tell he husband it appears that it was a fraudulent transfer since it was done for no apparent reason after the judgment was entered, and you will then foreclose on the house to collect your judgment.
