Type Your Question Here...How do I collect on a spousal support lien in Montana from California? I have a lien on real property in Montana. The home is 100% paid for. No exemptions on it. There no special restrictions in the State of Montana. The home is worth $150,00.00, the lien is for $195,00.00. He lives in Washington. I want to seize the property. Looking for the steps on how to do this. ( notices, sister state, writ of execution, etc.) I have an attorney here in CA. I dont understand why he is not pursuing this.
