Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

Unpaid debt

1.autoloan with Bank.

2.debt consolidation with Premiere paid bank directly.

3.bank showed final payment as paid in advance.

4.personally talked to bank and said not to worry because there was not interest charged and everything will be fine.

5.personally talked with Premiere and said not to worry, garantee to be paid on full, and not to worry.

5.three years later, bank wants to collect over three more thousend from me.

6.called bank and did not offer much of help, just the advise of paying the amount.

7.Premiere says that they sent the right amount to the bank and the problem is between the bank and me.

8.Please help
