Unpaid Promissory Note

I was advised to have the individual

who owes me sign a ''judgement''.

That it could mean more!. Could find no forms for ''judgement for unpaid funds''. please advise.

Probably what you were told was to obtain a "Stipulated Judgment." That's a stipulation that both parties sign. You could do one of two things with it -- hold it until full payment and then shred it or, if the other party fails to pay, file it and execute on the judgment; or file it immediately with the court with the understanding that you would not execute (collect) on it unless the other party fails to pay.

There are no official forms. Form books at the law library or research might yield an acceptable form.
