Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

Vacate

I have court on the 28th but when I went to the web site for the court house it said CASE MANAGEMENT CONFERENCE HEARING Vacated (under Disposition) Does this mean that I still need to go to court?

Re: Vacate

Call the department of the courthouse that the case hearing was supposed to be in and ask them what they mean by "disposition." It may mean that the case has been dismissed or something. This is a problem, of course, if you are the Plaintiff. If you the defendant, this is good news. At any rate, find out why the case has been "disposed."
