Wage Garnishment

A creditor is trying to garnish my wages on an upaid debt. I'm sure I included this debt in my chapter 13 bankruptcy. Can they still garnish my wages?

If you received a discharge, he was discharged, and you should not pay him, or even acknowledge the indebtedness.
