Wage Garnishment

Once the plaintiff has a wage garnishment for the full amount of the debt to be paid, can he/she also try to take additional avenues to collect, including a spouses income and tax refunds etc?

Thanks for your posting. Yes, you are allowed to get all avenues of recovery, even with a wage garnishment. Garnishing a spouse's wages are a little more tricky, and there is a procedure for that, but you may pursue all legal avenues to collect a judgment.
