How much can be garnished from my monthly pay for a judgement against me?

It depends on the type of the judgment. If the judgment is for support, as much as 65% can be taken. If it is a civil judgment, then only 25% of your net can be taken. If you have a judgment of support against you and at least 25% is already being taken, then no more of your wages can be taken.
