Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

My wife is on tem disablity and getting paid by met life, becuase of an error in there accounting there staying they over paid her and asking for the money back. Does she have to give them the money back?

If you are asking if she legally owes the money, then the answer is yes. Whether or not Met Life will be successful in attempting to collect this debt is another story.
