I will like to know what to do I had a judgement against me in 2004 I just found out about it on my credit report i call the court and they told me if i want to pay less and remove it from my credit report i have to call the company and make and aggrement with them but the problem is that the company that sue me no longer exist so what can i do to remove this from my credit report

There must be some way to contact who ever holds the debt now. They you can negotiate with them, otherwise, it will remain on your credit for perhaps 10 years.
You can check with the California Secretary of State's website to find out if there's still an agent for service of process, and communicate with that person. Also, you might just dispute the debt with the three major credit reporting agencies and, if they cannot be verified, they should be removed from your credit reports.
