Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

can a writ of execution be moved from one property to another property that is in a different county by the plaintiff? In addition my friend knows nothing about this lawsuit - and at one point the plaintiff's attorney put in a request for correction... what does that tell you? My friend knows nothing about it and he has never leased anything in his life - thus we know it was nothing further? The case # is VC059680
