Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

about a year ago i got a ticket for j walking and i refuse to pay it but now i want to pay it back because i've been getting warrants letter by mail. If i go and talk to a judge is it possible that the judge can lower my debt or not and is community service helpful.And iam aslo under the age of 18 so how can that work out if i got and talk to a judge

It only makes it worse if you already have a warrant. Pay the ticket and put it behind you. Otherwise you are going to get arrested and you will have to pay it anyway.

You will have to show up and ask that the warrant be recalled. Then you set the case for trial, and that is when you ask the judge for leniency.
