Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

After seven years, how do I get my Bankruptcy off my credit report.

Short and bitter. I filed B.K over seven years ago,going on my eight. I have restablished credit. Car loans,credit cards ect. My credit is perfect. Except that BK is still on my Trw-transUnion.How do I get rid of it!

You can't. A BK can stay on your credit report for 10 years.
