my sister was in the passenger sit of her boyfreinds car who is on parol,and got pulled over.co the police have the right to search her. also can she be charged with transporting with just a useable amount.

Police do not necessarily have the right to search a passenger in a car driven by someone who is on parole. Find your sister a good lawyer.
