2002 arrest but charges filed 2007

02' arrest h&S possession, drvg susp.

printed, site released w/ no charges. no court date. Told to stay out of trouble or charges could be filed.

2007 Warrent chk=FTA. appeared, charges filed from 02'.

St. Limitations? Can they do that?

This answer assumes that the complaint was filed with the court in 2002. That an arrest warrant was issued but was not served until 2007. The arrest and the warrant would probably be valid. However, you may have a defense of denial of the right to a speedy trial. Retain an attorney asap.
