my friend came to know that he has nbw in India for some bounced checks.Now he is in Canada as permanent resident. He went to US counslate for visa to USA , he was asked if he was ever arrested for bounced checks.Though he was issued VISA to visit USA.even figar printing was taken in the counsalate.IS IT SAFE FOR HIM TO GO TO CROSS THE BORDER.WHAT LEGAL PROTECTION HE CAN TAKE.

can he fight the check bounced cases from canada.

It is unclear from your question where the "bounced" checks were made. You indicate "India." If that is correct, his ability to travel internationally will depend on whether India issued some kind of arrest warrant for him and whether that warrant was accepted by INTERPOL and, under the relevant treaties, the US. The US does not pick up all international warrants. There has to be some treaty that would allow India to request the US authorities to honor the Indian warrant. As for whether your friend can fight the case from Canada, that depends on the laws of India. Why are you seeking advice from US lawyers?
