Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
I'm 17 and my boyfriend was recently convicted with contributing to the delinquency of a minor after my parents pressed a charge for oral copulation with a minor. He's now on probation for three years, and a no contact order was issued. I assumed the order would only be in effect until I turned 18, but I just found out that it's for the entirety of the three years probation. Is there anything I can do to get this repealed or reduced?
